SOIE™ operates feelsoie.com and sells hair-care products and accessories. By ordering or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery and Whish Money. You agree to provide accurate payment and delivery information.

4. Shipping

We ship within Lebanon. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days, subject to delays outside our control. Delivery is free on orders above $20; the fee for smaller orders appears at checkout.

5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, ingredients, and images accurate. Packaging may vary. Review the full ingredient list before purchase if you have an allergy or sensitivity.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Site text, images, logos, and product photography are owned by SOIE™ and may not be used without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SOIE™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the order value. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
